You recently received information regarding the data systems conversion of Bank of St. Croix, a division of United Fidelity Bank. We realize that you may have questions, as we move forward. We have compiled important dates and information that we believe will help make the transition as seamless as possible.
Conversion Timeline Key Dates
The anticipated data systems conversion is scheduled for July 7, 2017. The following are key dates and information for Online Banking.
Enrollment of new customers for Online Banking and Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable from June 28 through July 9.
Current Online Banking customers will be able to process Scheduled Recurring Transfers (SRT’s) through June 30.
Scheduled Recurring Transfers (SRT’s) will be processed through July 3.
Access for Online Banking will be unavailable July 7th-July9th.
Online Banking will be available on July 10th.
Quicken and QuickBooks Required Action
To continue using Quicken and/or QuickBooks, you will need to complete an account deactivation and reactivation process. Please take the required action detailed in the links below for Conversion Instructions for your specific operating system and application.
Please download a copy of the instructions for your records. Carefully review the instructions as you will need to modify your Quicken and/or QuickBooks settings. You should perform the instructions exactly as described and in the order presented on or after July 10, 2017.
Please carefully review your transactions after completing the instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed.
